New Telephone System

We are pleased to announce that we will be changing our telephone system to a new cloud based telephony system. The installation will start on Friday 1st November 2024 and our Go Live date will be the afternoon of Wednesday 6th November.

There may be some disruption to our service on the Go Live day but we are working with the phone provider to make sure this will be kept to a minimum. Some important new features will be a patient call back facility (if you would like to retain your position in the queue and be called back), call monitoring (we will be able to look at the call queue) and headsets for staff. We are confident this change will benefit all and ease many of the problems with our current system.
