In order to make the most of our services please,
- Read the notices posted in the surgery
- Make sure you know the opening times of the surgery
- Find out how to arrange home visits, repeat prescriptions, and urgent appointments
- You may not always need to see a doctor; ask what services the nurse can provide
- Keep your appointment or cancel it
- Take a list of questions with you when you see your doctor or nurse
- Ask your doctor to write down anything that you do not understand the answers to
- Take a friend or relative with you if necessary
- Tell the receptionist if you need more time to speak to the doctor, she may be able to arrange this
- Think twice before making an appointment: Do you really need to see a doctor? Have you tried simple home treatments?
- Find out how your practice deals with complaints
- Keep to one problem per appointment

For NON-URGENT medical or administrative help, you can contact us using our online consultation tool. This service allows you to tell us about your symptoms, ask questions, or request advice without needing to phone or attend the surgery.
If you have a MEDICAL EMERGENCY or need help OUTSIDE OF PRACTICE HOURS, please contact NHS 111 or 999 as appropriate.
Your request will be reviewed by our clinical or administrative team. Submissions are reviewed during our normal working hours, and we will provide a response once your request has been assessed. Response times can differ depending on the nature of your enquiry and overall demand.

The practice offers a number of services. In addition to day to day booking of GP appointments we offer nurse-led assessment of minor illness and various clinics including chronic disease management. Our receptionists will be happy to help you decide if a nurse appointment would be appropriate.
Urgent Appointments
Patients requesting urgent clinical appointment or reviews should either be made by attending the practice in person or by telephone.

We have two physiotherapists who work in the practice. Appointments are available to book online, by telephone or at reception.
